Women’s History Month: Children’s Books, Crafts, & Read Aloud Videos
March is Women’s History Month ~ and while we celebrate women and their accomplishments all year round, during this month we take the time to especially highlight, recognize, and honor all the women who have made an impact and a difference. Too often, women and their achievements and breakthroughs are overlooked, ignored, or even credited to men instead. One way to make sure their stories and legacies are shared and learned is by sharing Women Biographies with your little learners.
In this *Women’s History Month* round up, I’ve curated several collections of Women’s Picture Book Biographies, a bundle of crafts inspired by these biography books, and a play list of interactive read aloud videos to share these important women’s stories with your littles. Keep scrolling to check out these resources, and I hope you find something useful to share with you learners this Women’s History Month ~ and all year long!
Have a book to add to the collection, or a Biography of a woman you particularly love? Let us know in the comments below so we can add to our own shelves!
