KidLit x TikTok: Books of the Week

With stay-at-home orders and *some* extra time on my hands, I finally caved and hopped on the TikTok train. (Anyone else ??) With the help of a very *patient* cameraman (there are about a zillion takes and several outfit changes to make one 20 second video), I’ve dabbled in some bookish-music-video fun, and believe I’ve found a new way to feature some of *mai* favorite reads!

Check out these *Books of the Week*~ with more details and a sneak peek below, and follow @MaiStoryBook on TikTok for more bookish fun!

Featuring

Natural Monday: Evelyn the Adventurous Entomologist by Christine Evans, Illustrated by Yasmin Imamura

Follow Evelyn’s adventure through expeditions to distant islands and treks through the wilderness as she collects over 70,000 insect specimens. Readers will be inspired by Evelyn’s journey to blaze their own trails and strive for their dreams! (The Innovation Press)
